Sex discrimination in Mario RPG!

Yesterday when I played Mario RPG I came over this rather strange thing!
In one of the cities I visited I met a Shy Guy who would pay me for beetles!
At the wall it was a sign who said what the beetles was worth:



The males are worth 50 times more than the females? WTF is this? Is this some kind of hint that says that men are more worth than women! I am really disappointed in Nintendo for letting things like this getting out in there games! This is a sad day for the war against sex discrimination!

Nintendo rocks!
